Kesari Sabudana Kheer Recipe
Ingredients –
Sago (Sabudana)

100 Grams

Full Cream Milk
|
1 Liter
|
Ghee
|
¼ Cup (2 Tablespoon)
|
Saffron (Kesar)
|
2 Teaspoon
|
Sugar
|
1 Cup (120 Grams)
|
Cardamom Powder
|
1 Teaspoon
|
Grated Almonds, Cashew nuts & Raisins Mix
|
4 Teaspoon
|
Preparation for Kesari Sabudana Kheer –
- Heat a kadai on a medium fire, add ghee and allow it to get heated then include sago (sabudana) in it and mix the sago until it turns up into a bubble form.
- Now add the milk to sago mixture stir it nicely and bring it to boil. Next, add saffron shreds to the milk & sago mix it well and cover it with the lid and cook for 10 minutes so that sago gets cooked and at the same time saffron releases its flavor & color.
- Take out the lid check if the sago is cooked. Now add sugar stir it continuously until the sugar get dissolved on a medium flame.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, Give a final touch to the dessert by garnishing it with cardamom powder and dry fruits mix all this substance nicely and dish out the flavorful kesari sabudana kheer in a bowl and refrigerate it before serving.
- The delicious and yummy kesari sabudana kheer is ready to eat.
