Homemade Pineapple Jam Recipe, With No Added Preservatives
Ingredients:-
- Pineapple – 1 Medium Size (Produce 3 Cups of Pineapple Chunks – Approximately 500Gms)
- Sugar – 2 Cups Make a Fine Powder (Size – 200Gms)
- Water – 1 Cup (Size – 200Ml)
- Jaiphal – ¼ Teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 Teaspoon
The method as follows:
1. Take a medium-size pineapple, peel and chop it into small cubes.

2. Now take a non-stick kadai heat it up, pour 1 cup of water and bring it to boil. Then add chopped pineapple chunks and stir it well, let it cook for 10 minutes until it becomes somewhat dry having little water in it.

3. Add the 2 cups of sugar powder in the cooked pineapple chunks and mix it well until the sugar get dissolved and cook it for 5 minutes. Then switch off the stove and take a half portion of pineapple chunks in a bowl and allow it to cool, once it’s done include it in a blender jar and make a fine paste.

4. In the other half portion of the pineapple chunks add the paste which is blended in a jar and mix it well. Now it’s time to, include 1 teaspoon of lemon juice along with the ¼ teaspoon of jaiphal powder stir it well and dish out the deliciously cooked pineapple jam in a bowl and allow it to cool. So, that you can be transfer to clean and dry glass jars or sterilized bottles.

Serve it with bread toast or plain bread.
Note:-
- Use the clean, dry, airtight bottle to store this jam.
- Always use a clean spoon while consuming it.
- You can use this for two weeks when stored in a clean, dry shelf. If you want to store for a longer period of time, store this in a refrigerator.
