Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls Recipe
Ingredients -
For Chili Soy sauce:

For Spring Roll Filling:
Chicken
|
1 Kg

Salt

Black pepper

Ginger & Garlic Paste

1 Tablespoon

Carrots

80 Grams

Cabbage

For Spring Roll Wrapper:
All-Purpose Flour(Maida)
|
200 Grams
|
Salt
|
1 Teaspoon
|
Water

120 ML (Approximately)

- Take a saucepan; put it on the stove at medium heat by adding oil. On the other side, cut the onion into the half rings once it’s done add it to the oil in the saucepan. Cook it until it becomes golden brown, now add the water and bring it to a boil and wait till the onion gets the softer texture. Include soya sauce, lemon juice, chopped green chilies and honey by stirring it continuously for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve in a sauce bowl.
- Finally, garnish it with the chopped green chilies, yellow capsicum and olive oil.
2) Step two for Cooking Spring Roll Filling –
- Take a bowl of Chicken pieces; add salt, ginger & garlic paste and black pepper mix it well and marinate it for 30 minutes. Once it is done heat the pan on a medium flame, add the oil when it gets heated then add the chicken pieces to it and cook for 5 minutes and turn the pieces then cover it with a lid and let it cook until the chicken gets tenderness.
- Now take the chicken pieces out and shred it quickly with the help of a knife and keep it aside until you prep the veggies.
- Heat the kadai on a medium flame, add oil in it. On the other hand, cut the carrots, cabbage, spring onions, yellow capsicum and green chilies into the strips and add all these veggies into the kadia mix it well. After cooking for 5 minutes add soya sauce and lemon juice stir it well, now add the cooked chicken shreds and mix up the mixture thoroughly. Now the spring roll filling is ready.
3) Step three for Kneading the Dough –
- In a bowl add all-purpose flour (Maida), salt mix it by adding required water to form a dough. Set the kneaded dough for 10 minutes.
4) Step four for Final Spring Roll Preparation –
- Finally, take the knead dough cut it into the small size of the dough. Now start rolling the dough into small shape by applying little oil and sprinkling some flour on it and follow the same process with at least 5 dough’s by adding them into the layers take the same layered roll and roll it to form a round shape like chapatti, Aside heat the chapatti pan add the rolled chapatti on it cook it for 5 minutes then take it out. Now you can easily remove the layers one by one as shown in the video.
- Take one layer of chapatti to fill the chicken and veggies filling in the center of the chapatti and wrap it as shown in the video. Prepare the remaining layer’s in the same way.
- At last heat oil in a frying pan on a medium flame, now put the wrap chicken spring rolls in the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on each side until it forms golden and crispy texture and dish it out.
Serve the hot and crispy chicken spring rolls with the chili soy sauce.
