Healthy Chickpeas Veggies & Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients –
Chickpeas
500 Grams
Potato
1 Medium Size
Tomato
1 Medium Size
Carrot
1 Medium size
Onion
1 Medium Size
French Beans
1 Cup (120 Grams)
Cucumber
1 Medium size
Cabbage
1 Cup (120 Grams)
Chicken
50 Grams (Boiled)
Salt
As per your taste
Black Pepper Powder
1 Teaspoon
Chaat Masala
1 Teaspoon
Lemon
2 Teaspoon (Optional)


Preparation for Healthy Chickpeas Veggies & Chicken Salad –
  • Clean the chickpeas and remove any kind of stones or dirt. To soak chickpeas, first, wash it twice with water and then soak it in warm water/overnight. Soaking in water enables the chickpeas to cook faster - thereby saving on time as well as energy. After soaking it boil them by adding a little salt, also boil the french beans, potatoes and chicken shreds, adding a little salt in it.
  • Now take a bowl to add the boiled chickpeas with chopped onions, potatoes, french beans, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, cucumber mix up all.
  • Finally add the salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and boiled chicken shreds and mix it well and serve the healthy and tasty chickpeas veggies and chicken salad.
