Preparation for Healthy Chickpeas Veggies & Chicken Salad –
- Clean the chickpeas and remove any kind of stones or dirt. To soak chickpeas, first, wash it twice with water and then soak it in warm water/overnight. Soaking in water enables the chickpeas to cook faster - thereby saving on time as well as energy. After soaking it boil them by adding a little salt, also boil the french beans, potatoes and chicken shreds, adding a little salt in it.
- Now take a bowl to add the boiled chickpeas with chopped onions, potatoes, french beans, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, cucumber mix up all.
- Finally add the salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and boiled chicken shreds and mix it well and serve the healthy and tasty chickpeas veggies and chicken salad.
