Homemade Cheesy Corn Patties With Buttery Flavor Recipe

Ingredients –

Poha
1 Cup (120 Grams)
Potato’s
4 No’s (Medium Size)
Sweet Corn
1 Cup (120 Grams)
Red Chili Powder
2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon
Salt
As per your taste
Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder
1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder
1 Teaspoon
Corn Flour
3 Teaspoon
Bread Crumbs
3 Teaspoon
Amul Butter
2 Small box’s
Cheese Cube
2 Cubes
Coriander Leaves
1 Cup (120 Grams)
Green Chili
1 Big or 2 Medium size
Butter paper
One sheet
Oil
For Deep Frying


Preparation for Cheesy Corn Patties with Buttery Flavor 
  • Take butter paper sheet, spread the soaked poha on it and wait until the water is observed. Now transfer the poha in a bowl.
  • Now add the sweet corn into a blender jar and blend it slightly, don’t make it to a fine paste as it consists of water and it may cause difficulty in forming patties shape.
  • Chop the onions, coriander leaves, green chili, and peeled boil potatoes by adding a little salt.
  • In a bowl add poha and mix it till it forms a thick consistency, now include chopped mixture, blended sweet corn, by adding spices like red chili, turmeric, salt, gram masala, ginger & garlic paste, coriander, cumin powder. Now add cornflour, bread crumbs, Amul butter, grated cheese then mix all the ingredients well and refrigerator it for 30 minutes to form a thick consistency.
  • Finally, heat the oil in a pan at a medium flame, aside start making patties by applying corn flour powder both sides then coat it with the breadcrumbs and fry them at medium flame until the patties become golden brown once it’s done, dish out the patties serve it with tomato ketchup or hot & sweet chutney.
