Healthy Fruit Chat Recipe

Fruit Chaat or Fruit Chat Recipe is a mixture of juicy, crunchy, fresh fruits in a bowl of pleasure with the freshness of mint. Squeezed lime & orange juice, sugar & salt drizzle and chaat masala sprinkle. Here is the 15 minutes best fruit chaat salad bowl in North Indian style for you all to enjoy!

  • Banana
  • Mango
  • Pear
  • Pomegranate
  • Kiwi
  • Apple
  • Red Plums
  • Muskmelon
You can surely choose to add any of your favorite fresh seasonal fruits.

Here I am sharing the fruit chaat recipe step by step process with photos and video for reference.

Total Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 5 Adult’s

Ingredients for Fruit Chaat Recipe –

1 -  Kiwi
1 – Apple
1 – Mango
1/2 - Musk Melon
1 – Pear
1 – Banana
4 – Plums
Salt to taste
5 tsp - Sugar powder/icing sugar (or) as per your preference
1/2 tsp - Chaat masala powder
1/4th tsp - Black pepper powder
2 tsp - Mint leaves chopped
4 tsp - Pomegranate seeds
3 tsp - Orange juice
1/2 - Lemon squeeze it

Instruction to make Fruit Chaat Recipe –

1. Dice all the fruits. I have used 1 Kiwi, 1 Apple, 1 Mango, 1/2 Muskmelon, 1 Pear, 1 Banana, 4 Plums. You can add any fruit of your choice.


2. To the mixture of diced fruits bowl and add salt to taste, 5 tsp of Sugar powder/Icing sugar (or) as required, 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala powder, 1/4th tsp of Black pepper powder, 2 tsp Mint leaves chopped, 4 tsp Pomegranate seeds, 3 tsp Orange juice and finally, squeeze half lemon.


3. Gently mix all the ingredients well.


4. Finally, serve the fruity & spicy fruit chaat to your loved ones.



Note:  If you want you can eat the Fruit Chaat without refrigerating it as it’s not mandatory. In the case of the summer season, you can refrigerate it for 10 minutes and can serve the chilled fruit chaat to your loved ones. In the off-seasons, you can serve it as soon as you prepare.
